1. Delivery of team service level components, quality and productivity targets & indicators.
2. People Management, including all HR related issues, as well as staff development.
3. Operational Management: Managing the floor, adherence to schedule.
4. Email monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every interaction.
5. Contribute to the initial hiring and selecting process of the front line.
6. Work very closely with team members to solve customer problems. Also needs to understand teammate's problems and weaknesses and address these.
7. Offers solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.
1. Candidate must complete at least 2 years of College in any field.
2. At least 1-year Team Leader experience is required for this position.
3. Experience working on emails, and live chat customer support campaigns.
4. Excellent written grammar skills in English and Chinese (simplified and traditional) and strong technical skills.
5. Excellent problem solving and analytical skill.
6. Familiarity with PC/Mac gaming.
7. Must be willing to work on different shifts.
