Setting EC merchandising strategies to ensure these strategies are executed effectively and consistently within the overall business strategy.
Review EC merchandising performance result.
Enable cross-department to work effectively on strategic priorities of the Group and remove barriers.
Developing the people to ensure integration within different functional roles so that the team is working effectively toward common P&L goals.
Review eC category Proposition with category heads to ensure the strategy is in-line with company-level strategy.
Partner with other functions e.g. Marketing, OPS, Supply Chain, eCommerce, trading administration and IT team to manage execution of eC category strategies consistently
Work with suppliers to initiate cooperation and create the commercial edge.
Sourcing new supplier and product, continuing to enhance customer satisfaction to achieve financial and non-financial KPI.
Re-enforcing compliance to standardized processes.
Systematically analyzing and reporting on sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, E-commerce or related discipline.
6 years above in EC merchandising area.
2 years above in a manager position.
Able to work under pressure, fast-paced and cross-functional communication.
Self-driven, a quick learner and good at data analyzing and having a creative mindset.
With experience in physical retailing will be a plus.
