Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
and ensure it’s strong presence in each key account.
Build account strategy and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by
partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply
and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products
and competition status.
BS or above in EE or related disciplines
Successful previous 10+ years specific experience preferably in Smart Connectivity or
Display Port related semiconductor as sales or marketing position.
Excellent presentation and proactive communication skill
Out of box thinking and multi-angle analysis ability
Ability to demonstrate strong business judgement while prioritizing decisions
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skill.
Fluent in Chinese and English as the role would require to communicate with both
Greater China customers and product division in the United States
